Complete Aircraft & System Integration: UAV airframe manufacturing, system integration, custom development. M1 Flight Control System: flight control integration, mission planning, automated control. M2 Power & Electronic Control System: propulsion batteries, energy management, charging equipment. M3 Imaging & Sensing System: camera modules, sensor integration, image processing. M4 Communication & Obstacle Avoidance System: wireless communication, data links, obstacle avoidance. M5 AI Computing & ESC System: AI algorithms, electronic speed control, intelligent control. M6 Airframe & Structure System: airframe structures, composite shells, mounting systems. M7 Parts & Accessories: fasteners, connectors, cables and accessories. Before 2026 the alliance used a "seven module" framework, which refers to M1-M7; the eighth module was added in 2026.

Field validation: a cross-border validation and manufacturing platform with Dyaco International, linking its Taiwan plant with its production base in Arkansas, USA, covering ODM, OEM, component integration, final assembly and testing. 3. Industry-academia-research integration: the UVAI Multi-Vehicle Research Center, established with the NCKU Research and Development Foundation.

Led by Changhua City Mayor Shih-Hsien Lin and CEO Fu-Yang Yu, the alliance grew out of drone forums and industry briefings rooted in Changhua's local industry, expanding nationwide across all sectors within a year. On January 28, 2026, during a group visit to NCSIST, it was officially renamed from the “Changhua Unmanned Vehicle Industry Alliance” to the “Taiwan Unmanned Vehicle Alliance.” It is now one of Taiwan's largest private-sector platforms in the sector, measured by event frequency and membership.

Registration is currently open for a trial period at no charge, and verified accounts can use the business membership features. Membership comes in two tiers: Business (NT$5,000 per year) and Advanced (NT$10,000 per year). Both prices include tax, and invoices are issued by GridOne Technology. Markets such as Europe, the US, and India restrict “whole-aircraft imports” by policy and are instead shifting to large-scale “modular procurement” — which is Taiwan's opportunity. The alliance's approach has three steps: 1. Precise module positioning: breaking the UAV industry into eight modules, we help members assess their own technology and find the best entry point. 2. Team-based integrated development: connecting specialists across different modules to jointly develop products that meet international standards, so members are not competing against global incumbents on their own. 3. Connecting to international certification and system integration (SI): we help members connect with in-market partners overseas and obtain international safety certifications, and directly introduce them to system integrators in Europe, the US, Japan, and India — so your quality components and technology are seen by the global market.
